Low blood pressure is also known as hypo tension. It can cause serious heart disorders, fainting and also lead to neurological and endocrine disorders. Many times, low BP is considered to be a normal thing. However, it is not so when it occurs all of a sudden and causes trouble to the general health of a person.blood pressure fluctuations are a normal thing that differs from person to person due to various other factors.


Normalize Low Blood Pressure?

  1. Change in the lifestyle and dietary habits is also advised. But this should be practiced as per the age, gender and nutritional requirements of a person.  

  2. Keep a check on weight gain. Practicing daily exercise is a good habit that helps you to maintain your health and general fitness. You can do jogging, fast walking, cardio workouts, swimming or cycling. 

  3. Try to manage stressful work life and implement relaxing methods

  4.  Stop the consumption of junk food and stimulants like coffee, ephedra and intake of saturated fats. 

  5. Water truly is the elixir of life and good health. And in this case, it can help normalize both high and low blood pressure. As I mentioned earlier, low blood pressure can be caused by dehydration, but what many people don’t realize is that dehydration can cause high blood pressure as well.

  6. When you don’t drink an adequate amount of water the body will compensate by retaining sodium. And, as I’m sure you know, too much sodium increases blood pressure.
